7-Day Return Policy

We offer a strict 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Validation & Proof: Returns are only accepted for a valid reason (e.g., manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item). You must provide clear photographic evidence of the product and its original packaging when submitting your request.

Condition: The item must be in brand-new, unused condition, in its original packaging, and include all parts, bolts, and accessories. Items that show any sign of installation or modification will not be accepted for a refund.

Documentation: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@katanaoutdoor.com with your order number and photos of the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and the risk of loss during return transit stays with the customer.

Damages and Missing Parts

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Any claims for items that are damaged during transit or have missing hardware must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to hold the courier accountable and resolve the issue for you quickly.

Product Condition Notice

All products are inspected before shipping; however, due to the nature of overseas manufacturing and international transport, minor surface imperfections such as small scratches, slight marks, or subtle cosmetic variations may occur. These do not affect the product’s performance, functionality, or overall appearance.

Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections are not considered defects and therefore are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Only functional issues (such as electronic malfunction or missing components) will be reviewed for replacement in accordance with our return policy.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or denied based on the condition of the item.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Denial: If an item is returned in used condition or shows signs of installation, the refund will be denied, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
